gmurali5 Posted February 6, 2013 Report Share Posted February 6, 2013 Hi - I am the primary beneficiary of I-485. My EAD is expiring on 02/14/13 and AP expired on 11/30/11. My wife's (derivative) EAD expired on 10/19/12 and AP expired on 11/30/11. Are we eligible to apply for EAD & AP combo card? If so, can I apply for both of us using E-Filing? Please advise.
