Details: Arrived in the US - Dec'12 Schedule to leave the US - June 1st 2012 Question: Can they take a trip to Europe from May 15th - 25th and return into the US with the visitor visa? It's valid for another 7 yrs. Plz let me know. Thanks.

wenger.swiss Posted February 7, 2013 Report Posted February 7, 2013 Its advisable to go back to India and come later to US. I have seen people going to other country instead of India and re-enter to US, but they were denied entry in port of entry. If you are lucky they might accept.
vmsk0716 Posted February 8, 2013 Author Report Posted February 8, 2013 I understand the concern but this europe trip is a vacation that we recently planned....their return flight to india was booked from nyc which is why we thought we'd reenter and then leave. But looks like it might make sense to just go directly to india from europe. thanks for the help!
