Employer did not give me paychecks.. did not work for two months .. filed for h4 transfer before revoke. now want to go for h4 visa stamping in india. Will the us visa embassy in India ask me what happened to paychecks. will they discuss about previous employment and ask paychecks.. i want to complain about this paychecks issue to DOL. how should i respond? should i be honest.. what are the consequences of not having pay checks
