can i carry form 4852 (substitute for W2) for H1B Visa stamping?

Hi All,

I have 2 employers in 2012 and have received W2 from current Employer but My Former Employer haven't provide the 2012 W2 (1'st 4 months) yet. Can i file 4852 form with Tax Professional with the last paystub when i worked for previous Employer and carry it for H1B visa Stamping?

I do have H1B Visa Stamping in Vancouver in March 2nd week, If VO asks for 2012 W2's. Is it going to be problem?

If someone can answer the above questions that will be great.
