Partial name printed on I-797

Hi ,

My First (Given) name is YYYYY XXXXX & Last name is BBBBBB

But in my I797 Last name is perfect but First name is printed as YYYYY X.

So i wast just wondering if that can be a problem when i go for H4 stamping in india ??

Any idea ?? Appreciate your help.

Nope. As long as your last name is correct and a part of your given name appears correct, there shouldn't be an issue.

I had multiple 797s with multiple combinations of parts of my given name and never had any issue at stamping or at port of entry.
