ajayt Posted February 4, 2013 Report Share Posted February 4, 2013 Hi, I have applied for H1B for 2008 cap and my petition got select in lottery and its valid upto 2011, and i met with an accident in 2008 and recovered also due to global economical crisis i haven't appeared for visa interview during its validity period (did not book any slot). Now i am interested to apply for H1B 2014.So do I need to apply new H1B under 2014 CAP or can i apply for new H1B from different sponsor before 01-APR-13 under CAP EXEMPT(with my old petition).
