The VO(Calcutta embassy) took my original I-797 and told me that he was going to send the petition for revoke. In oct 2012, i received my H1B copy from Delhi embassy. My question is can i use this petition for H1 transfer with a new employer? I left US almost like an year, so how long this H1 petition valid to apply for a transfer with a new employer?
