I485 AOS status changed to Initial Review and moved to Lincoln, NE center!!

Hi,

Case details:

originial employer

PD EB3 March, 2005

I140 Approved

I485 filed August, 2007

Different Employer

PD EB2 September, 2006 (Current)

New EB2 labor approved

I140 filed in March, 2011

I recieved the status update from USCIS that my I485 AOS case has been moved to Lincoln, NE and status is "Initial-Review". What does this mean? Is my I485 ported to EB2, how will I know what's happening with my case?

I had a question for you. which center did you file your I485 on the EB3 application in 2007? Also did you get your I140 approval?

I am in a similar situation in that i was in Eb3 earlier and then went through the steps the same way as you. All this happened with NSC.

Then i changed companies and they re-started labor and I140 in TSC. The I140 was approved last month and now i am wondering if i have to reapply for my I485 in TSC?
