hipal Posted February 2, 2013 Report Posted February 2, 2013 Hi, My employer filed for H1B extension in July 2012 in normal processing. Then updated it to premium processing in Nov 2012. In December I got a RFE. On Jan 23rd 2013 USCIS received the RFE response from my employer. On Jan 28th 2013 on USCIS website it should decision has been taken and notification has been mailed. Website did not show whether extension was approved or denied. Then on Jan 30th 2013 the website suddenly showed premium procession clock stopped, status went to initial review and notification has been mailed. Today as on Feb 2 2013 my employer still haven't received any mail/notification. What does this mean? What are changes of approval or denial? And incase of denial what should be my next step to get back the H1B status? Thanks in advance!
