theH1solution Posted February 2, 2013 Report Posted February 2, 2013 I am on F1 OPT working for a Cap Exempt organization and would need to file my H1B this year. I understand that transferring from Cap Exempt to Cap Subject organization in the future is difficult as I would have to be counted towards Cap at least once. I am wondering If I could file a Cap Subject H1B with my Cap Exempt organization so I won't have transfer problems in the future. Any help on this would be appreciated. Thank you.
