Booked Visa appoinment with old petition number - VERY URGENT QUESTION

Hi,

I have booked a visa appointment date (in 2 weeks from now) with my old petition number (EAC#####) and i changed the client and did the amendment and got the new petition number.

1. Do I have to update the petition number mandatory?

2.If yes, can someone give me steps to update ?

3. What else I need to update other than petition number?

not sure about this, but give it a try.

Log into your account and try to reschedule your appointment. You have to go through the few steps. we can enter our petition number and DS-160 form application ID while rescheduling our appointment.

make sure you enter all the information correctly then schedule it.

When I said YES to the question "Do you want to reschedule the appointment" it took me to the screen but when I clicked the edit buttons I couldn't find the field to update the petition number,
