shilpapatel0101
Hi, I have done BSc in Computers(3 yrs), Masters in Computer Application(3 years). Both from India. I have worked in only 1 company for the past 7.5 years and i am still with the same company. If my company files for my green card, will i be eligible for EB2? Link to comment
Attorney_11
The answer depends on 1) whether one of the educational degrees by itself is the single source equivalent of a U.S. Bachelor's degree and 2) whether the job listed on the prospective EB-2 green card application being offered to the employee is more than 51% different than the job the employee has been doing for the last 7.5 years. It would be valuable to discuss this with a qualified immigration attorney. Link to comment

Attorney_15
In some instances it has been possible for such a series of education to qualify for EB2 classification. It does not always work and it does require being able to carefully document that admission to the MCA degree was based on the Bachelor of Science in Computers. Link to comment
