Iamanupam Posted February 1, 2013 Report Posted February 1, 2013 I came to US on L1B. My company also got H1B approved for me. My wife also came with me, on L2 Visa. Can she remain on L2 while am on H1B or I MUST file H4 for her? Thanks
binoca82 Posted February 2, 2013 Report Posted February 2, 2013 You MUST file H4 for her, there is no L2 without L1. If your status changed to H1 already, she is out of status now !
