Is it better to wait until she comes back or file now? Also do we need to go through the Lawyer for EAD Renewal? Because I heard there is an e-filing too. Will there be any possibility of rejections if we e-file. If there is a risk, then I will go through lawyer. Please suggest. Thanks! Link to comment
