Hello,

I live in San Francisco. Where should i mail my canada visa documents? Is it ok to send it to Los Angeles consulate? Not able to fnd out the mailing address in the website. Can someone post the link?

I have the below documents, please let me know if i am missing something.

1. IMM5257E filled (with bar code on top)

2. IMM5645E filled

3. Passport

4. Copy of I797

5. Bank statements (for last 3 months)

6. Pay stubs (for last 6 months)

7. Letter from my employer

8. Multiple entry Visa fee (Money order for $150, paid to Consulate genral of Canda)

9. 2 photos (with my name and DOB on the back)

Am i missing something?

1. I convereted from F1 to H1, should i include any of my F1 doucments (like I20 etc)?

2. I am planning to go for H1B stamping, should i put DS forms or Appointment confirmation page (is it mandatory)

3. Should i put itinerary, is it mandatory?

I submitted my documents in Person in December and received my passport in 1 week.

You should also include a self addressed USPS Express mail Flat Rate Envelope so that the consulate can mail ur passport and docs back to ur address

1) Bank Statement (Avg Balance & Last 3 months Statement)

2) Pay Stubs (last 3 months)

3) Employer Letter

4) Photos

5) Mailing Envelope (Express Mail-Self Addressed)
