Rithi Posted January 30, 2013 Report Posted January 30, 2013 Hi All, I'm going to canada for my first time H1B visa stamping. I work full time for company XXX. What documents do I need from my employer for visa interview? I worked in EVCC and EVC models earlier. Its been 2 months that I joined this fulltime job. I read somewhere that I need to carry company tax returns and employees list. My Question is -- Will any company with more than 5000 emlployees gives these above documents?? Also, what all other documents do I need from employer?? . Thankyou for your help in advance. Rithi
rangadu Posted January 31, 2013 Report Posted January 31, 2013 If you are full time with an MNC or a company of the size, you wouldn't need tax documents and list of employees. But you would need a letter which has details about your position and the project. You would also need the complete packet that was submitted with your I-129. Other than that most of the things are what you already have paystubs, bank statements etc.,
