Does any one know PIMS address of Ottawa Consulate?

Hi,

I am going for my first time H1B (F1 to H1B) stamping to Ottawa. Is the PIMS verification required for first time H1B stamping? I heard that employer should do this by sending a duplicate copy of I797. If he did not send, Can I do it by myself? What should be the format and Email ID?
