Hi,

I am posting this on behalf of my friend, who has H1-b interview scheduled on Feb 13th at Vancouver. He lost his I797 in USPS shipping, Can he attend the visa interview with copy of I797?

Hi, Could you please let me know what your friend did??? My attorney misplaced mine and have to travel to India in a month. We have to file I-824 but would like to know if I can get away with a copy.
