Visits during 5 years Vs during the time you were an immigrant

I am applying 3months ahead of completing 5 years. In N-400 they are asking for total visits in the last 5 years, total days spent outside US in the last 5 years and then details of all visits since I became a US immigrant. I got my GC in Apr, but I visited India in Feb. Should I include the India's visit from Feb? If yes, should I include it for all 3 questions?

That's not necessary.

When you are called for the interview, the 5-year mark has passed, anyway. You don't need to report travel before you became an LPR.
