philly3456 Posted January 30, 2013 Report Posted January 30, 2013 H1 valid till 4th Jan 2014. This is 6 yrs completion date on H1 including re-capture period. Employer filed PERM on 20th Jan 2013. Since PERM filing done with 'less than 365 days left' on H1, Can I go out of US for 3 weeks and come back, so that I can get 7th extension (combined pre and post 6th year extension), in case of pending PERM?
