My client is in Mississippi, I'm staying in Delaware and my employer is in New Jersey. Is it OK to continue with this job? What are the chances of getting H1B approved in this situation. Man, I am not trying to scare you but you did a BIG mistake by working in CPT and that to REMOTELY. When you work in CPT you should also go to school means school first and then comes CPT job.
