vivekc86 Posted January 30, 2013 Report Share Posted January 30, 2013 My Opt was rejected because I filed for my Opt more than 30 days to file the I-765 after the DSO made the recommendation. Can someone please tell what my alternatives are right now? * Can I file for my OPT again with Sevis entry by my DSO? * Can I file for Motion to Reopen with I 290B? * Also should I get my I20 extended as I one of my courses is not yet complete as I have to write a project report....It still shows as in Progress. Its been 35 days since i have finished my final exams. Can I go for all the options at the same time? Also I have an offer with me with Joining date in 15 days..
