L1B Extension question-Urgent

I have a friend who is staying on L1B from 3 years applied for extension in premium processing. Below is the status which got updated today.

Question: As status says that review was completed, but not mentioned whether it is approved or denied which we have to get from Attorney, did anyone faced the same situation and can let me know the possibilities of getting approval when status shows as below.

Decision

On January 29, 2013, the review of your I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER was completed. You will be notified of the decision by mail. If you have not received the decision within 14 days of the date above, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further assistance. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.

During this step the formal decision (approved/denied) is written and the decision notice is mailed and/or emailed to the applicant/petitioner. You can use our current processing time to gauge when you can expect to receive a final decision.

I got the same status today as you mentioned. Could you please let me know whether it got approved/denied if you received the mail from USCIS. Thank you.

It was denied to my friend. Did you came to know about your status?

I didn't get any update about the status. Its still showing the same. Was there any update in the USCIS website before your friend got the denial notice. And how many days does it took for your friend to get the mail.

My friend was informed by attorney that your L1B extension petition was denied and hence you have leave the country immediately.
