BS - OPT - Certificate Program - OPT

Hello,

My wife completed her BS degree and OPT. Now she is doing a certificate program of one year. She was eligible for this certificate course after she completed the BS degree, hence this order of study.

will she be eligible for a OPT after the certificate Program?
