My company filed H1 Visa in 2011.My H1 petition valid period is from Oct 2011 to Sept 2013, I went to Visa interview on Sept29-2011 at Hyderabad consulate, and given 221g slip is issued to provide client letter at the time of interview, I was unable to provid the client letter with in the time they provided and the case got closed. Now my company is going fil new H1 for the year 2013. My query is, Can I go for the Visa interview on the old petition(I-797) for the different location Chennai where my company can provide BEP letter? Or Can I proceed with new H1 Process(with new H1 petition) at Chennai location? Could you please advice me. Thanks in advance Link to comment
