talluriv Posted January 29, 2013 Report Posted January 29, 2013 hi everybody, I am posting on behalf of my friend, He has stamping in next week in Toronto.He is in EVC model. and the salary runs on biweekly basis and 2012 total w2 gross pay is greator than LCA by 15k. but one of the biweekly pay is missing in 2012..does it create any issues..is it ok if we can provide leave of absence report for that duration .And last 2 months payroll has less salary than previous months for the same client. Could this cause an issue .please let me know.
