Now i want to move to my Middle vendor as full time. and get my H1B transferred . BUt the problem is my vendor says the Transferr is no more valid as am in India. and it has to be with a new H1b application . My question is cant we file for a H1 transferr to a new employer being in India.

Yes they can file H1 when you are in India.There are thousands of cases like that.
