Please Advise.. Im planning to go for H1B stamping in Mumbai consulate...

Hi friends...

Currently, Im work for company A (fortune 500) as a full-time. i had transferred my H1B to company A on Oct 22. earlier i is to work with company B as contractor at company A.

i had only been with company A for 3 month from start date.

im planning to go for visa stamping to Mumbai consulate in Feb.

• Is their any chances of visa rejection or getting g221 papers if i go to Mumbai consulate?
  
• Should i go to canada for stamping?(company A immigration department they had recommend me to got India for stamping compare to canada).
  
• Or should i wait for some more time to go India?
