Hi

I came to US on H1B from EmpA and worked for the company for some time. Then I switched to EmpB whose H1B transfer went into RFE status.

Meanwhile, if EmpA revokes the existing H1b stamped Visa,

1) What would be my status in the US? Am I eligible to stay here?

2) Can any other employer EmpC start transferring my H1B?

3) If the existing visa gets revoked, do I need to go to H1B stamping if I go to my home country?
