H1B Motion to Reopen response

hello all,

My app for H1B was denied and i have applied for Motion to Reconsider and the MTR status was changed today and is as follows.

your I290B, NOTICE OF APPEAL TO THE COMMISSIONER was approved. You will be notified of the decision by mail. Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case, including when the approval notice is mailed. If you do not receive the approval notice within 30 days....etc

I know it says i290b is approved but I just want to make sure if this means my H1B is approved? I did not get any email or mail yet. I just want to clarify so that i can move forward breaking few more barriers i have infront of me.

Ask to your employer. They own this H1b, they know more and better about this H1b.

First of all congratulations on your MTR approval.. That's good to hear. I too have applied for MTR last dec'12 and it is in initial review as of today. Can you please let me know how long did it take for your MTR to get approved ? Also the reason for your h1b denial .
