Hi,

Does USCIS allow H1B transfers from one role to other? My friend is currently working as Market Research Analyst and wants to change over to SAP functional Analyst role?

In case the transfer is rejected, can he still keep working with his current employer provided the H1B is not revoked by the current employer?
