relaxedgalaxy
Hi, I recently moved to US on H1B visa in December end, I have got one pay stub till now, but thats a company pay stub, I couldnt get an ADP pay stub though since my SSN was came after my salary. Now I am planning to change my job, my question is, is it possible to apply for an H1B transfer using a Company pay stub, or ADP paystub is mandatory for that? Thanks Link to comment
wiweq
Doesn't matter if it's ADP or PayChex. Any kind of pay-slip that proves that you were getting paid on current H1b status will work. USCIS doesn't care about ADP, they want to make sure you are currently in-status. Link to comment
