kaliaraj Posted January 26, 2013 Report Posted January 26, 2013 Hi, I have a H1b visa stamp from my previous employer which is valid til october 2014. I changed jobs in june 2012 and now have a new I-797 valid till 2015. My question is if i travel to India right now do i have to get a new H1b visa stamp even though stamp from previous employer is still valid?
