H1B transfer to new employer with new designation

Hi,

This question is related to wife's H1B transfer to a new employer with new designation. We seek help of this forum users to get answer to couple of queries.

My wife currently holds H1B from Employer A as Technical Business Analyst. She is now looking to transfer the H1B to Employer B as QA Analyst. With regard to this,

1. Can she get RFE for H1B transfer because of change in designaiton?

2. If the H1B transfer is succeessful, can she get RFE because of this when she goes for visa interview OR in future when she files GC?
