Client Name issue - RFE

I moved to new employer and my H1 transfer is pending. I got a RFE last week for End Client Letter. Mine is EVC model and Client is ready to give me letter.

Meanwhile while filing my petition my lawyer has made a typo with the end client. Instead of xyz Technologies, he has written XYZ global. Now i will be submitting the client letter with xyz Technologies in the letter head and signature.

Can my attorney send a letter explaining the issue? will be petition be rejected based on this?

Don't worry about this. H1b is your employer's petition, they have paid for this. They better know how to take care of their property. At max, you can recommend a better lawyer. Stay away from these activities. If you find your employer cannot take care of the H1b or not aware of H1b guidelines, find better employer.
