vkoptimistic Posted January 25, 2013 Report Share Posted January 25, 2013 Hello Experts! My last H1B visa was issued in Canada instead of India, my H1B visa expired in 09/2012. Do I qualify for Interview Waiver Program in Canada? My employer, visa class , position and everything is same and I am planning to get my visa stamped within next 2 or 3 months as I have to travel in summer. Please advise If I should get the visa stamped in India or canada? will I be eligible for IWP in India? Thanks in advance! Link to comment

For anyone to be eligible for IWP, previous stamping must be from india. Are you on EVC model or FTE ?.. If FTE go anywhere for restamping Link to comment
