(2) I have a I-797 petition valid till 7th Jan, 2014 with my current employer. (3) I am planning to go to India from 7th Mar, 2013 to 31st Mar, 2013. I am concerned that while entering back into the USA, will I face any issues at POE? Thanks in advance. Amit Chudasama
206612 Posted January 29, 2013 Report Posted January 29, 2013 Hi, I am on the same kind of Situation 1. I worked for Company A from April 2012 to 12th Dec 2012 with H1B Visa valid till 30-Sep-2013 2. I change employer to Company B and got the Petition approved and valid till 28-Nov-2013 3. Now i want to travel to India on 15th Feb to 28th Feb 2013. I need the following clarifications. 1. On return from india shall i travel without new Company B Visa Stamping on my passport but with Company A Visa stamping (which is valid till 30-Sep-2013)?, at POE 2. I dont know whether Company A revoked my H1B Visa after i left them(on 12th Dec 2012). Actually i resigned in Company A only after my Company B, H1B petition is approved(on 28th Nov 2012) (did it with premium processing) What will happen if Company A revoked my H1B and during POE when the officer found my Company A H1B visa is revoked or not valid?? 3. How to verify whether my old Employer- Company A revoked my H1B Visa or not? Kindly reply Thanks
