I have below queries :--

1) Can we resign from Compnay A when we get the recipt number of the transfer filed under Premium processing ?

2) Just in case if we resign on ecipt number and RFE comes then what are the options ?

2.no options. You have wait till your RFE is cleared.

Best thing to do is, move to your new job after your new H1 is approved.
