Travel After H1b approved

Hello All,

I have a question , my H1b got approved quite recently and i havent started working yet , previous to my H1b approval I was on H4, and i have an emergency travel to india in February, but if I go to India I have to go to H4 Visa stamping, clearly i cant go for H1b stamping because i havent started working yet, my question was if i go to India get my H4 stamping done and when i comeback to US can I have to change of status to H1b again ? would there be any issues for that... i need some options and opinions.
