H1B extension question

Hello All,

This might be a very basic question. I am in 6th year of H1B with expiration on Sep, 2013. My company filed Labor in Aug 2012 (got approved) and I140 in Nov 2012 (In process).

Ques: If I change job after i get I140 approval from my current company without getting a 3 yrs extension approved, can my "New Comapny" use approved I140 and apply for 3 year extension?

Yes, as long as the approved I140 is valid and not revoked.
