H1 B Renewal Stamp in Sao Paolo

Has anyone got their H1 B renewal visa stamped in Sao Paolo? Any advice? I saw some posts earlier - but no responses. I have a visa appointment scheduled. Got my first stamping done in Singapore.

Did you have any issues getting the Visa stamped in Singapore ? I am going to Singapore anyways, so will get the Visa stamped there itself. 

 

Any special conditions to be aware of ?
