H1-B Ammendment RFE

Hi,

I've Applied for my H1-B Ammendmet and got an RFE requesting Employer -Employee relationship between client and Petitioner.But My client is not Providing any Letter.I've got a letter from vendor and in the letter also i've mentioned (Client does not provide any letter).If in Worst i just want to know my h1-b will be still valid right ?

I belive client letter is required,I mean the actual client not from the primary vendor.
