dhevend Posted January 23, 2013 Report Share Posted January 23, 2013 hello- My PERM is pending response with DOL and my company has filed for H1 extension. I had recaptured 365 days before my PERM was filed. Lets say if I get 1 year extension based on the fact that PERM was pending for 365 days, can i switch to a new company by transferring H1 and can they file new PERM? Please suggest. Link to comment
