H4 got stamped for only3 weeks

Hi

My current visa is valid till 21 Sept 2011, I already got extension for 3 year.

My wife went for visa stamping on 30th June and she was given 221g (green slip) to submit all H1 doc including client contract. That time visa is valid till 21 sept, so I went through premium processing and got my extension. My wife submitted all the documents including my old and new I797. Still she got visa stamped only till 21st sept.

Today is 30th aug and I am planning to book a ticket for her on 9th sept.

Is it ok for her to fly? will she gonna face any problem due to very short validity.

Once she will be here my will file extension for her.

Please guide me with all possiblity and what could be the problems.

Thats strange and news. They could have given for another 3 years to her. But its wise for you to fly her here asap and get her extension.
