CodeVISA Posted January 23, 2013 Report Posted January 23, 2013 Hello All, I attended for my VISA (H1b,EVC) on Jan 17 2012 at Ottawa, Canada. I was given 221G. After 3-4 months of waiting i.e, on May 7 2012 my case was sent to USCIS for review.Since then I havent got any response. Can any one knows what to do ? I sent couple of mails to consulate but no response. DOes any one know any contact number or to whom I have to contact? Any help will be appreciated.... Thanks.

Please ask your employer to hire a attorney and ask them to file petition. That would be really helpful
