nag123 Posted January 22, 2013 Report Share Posted January 22, 2013 My current H1B is valid through April12, 2013 and i have applied and got approved new H1B petition and valid from April 13,2013 to April 12,2014. I am planning to attend H1B visa stamping so which 797 i need to carry for visa stamping and which 797 EAC number i need to enter into DS160 form. If my Visa gets approved am i get visa stamping from Now through April12,2014. Please advise. Thanks and appreciate your comments on this. Link to comment
