DS 160 and appointment for H4 visa

Hi,

I need to schedule h4 appointment for my fiance. I would be in India for a 15 days during which i will get married and get the marriage registered. Is it advisable to schedule the interview now(submit DS 160 and schedule appointment now, marriage on april 6th, registration on 8th/9th and interview on 15th/16th april). I will have the marriage certificate at the time of interview, but right now our status is single. Should we file her DS-160 as married and schedule the appointment or should we wait until marriage to fill the DS 160 and then schedule the appointment. In the later case, I will not be able to get her along with me but I do ot want to take any chances. Please help?
