The new company filed for my h1b on premium processing on 26 Dec 2012, Received RFE (Related to Employer Details) on 2nd Jan Responded to the RFE on 12th jan, But my case status on USCIS has not changed yet. It is still showing Initial review, I suppose when they receive RFE response it should change to RFE response Review. Can someone tell me if it takes this much time for a status change to review?
