H1B Administrative Processing - extension

I was wondering if someone can assist

I am a Indian national who works for a company headquartered in Ireland. I came to US on a L and then converted to H. The two times I have had to renew my visa, I did it from Dublin but I was put under administrative processing both times. The first time when I entered the US on L visa, it took 3 weeks for the case to resolve. The second time, it was under H and it took 7 weeks for the case to resolve. Both times, it was because of my name that required security check.

My question is - if I were to go back to Dublin and apply for re-entry visa, what is the likelihood that I will be put under administrative processing? I am petrified to travel thinking I would be put in the same position again. Does anyone know of cases where the same person was put under administrative processing under the same classification at the same consulate?

Just to add to the above - this time I will be applying for a visa under H category as it is simply an extension. Therefore, it is the same category, same classification and same consulate.
