On OPT STEM when to apply for H1B??

Hi All,

I am currently on my OPT 17-month STEM Extension.It will end on June 23,2014.

Can I apply for my H1B in April 2014 under premium processing? Will I be eligible for Cap-Gap?

Or is it advisible to apply in April 2013?

please help.

my personal advise is to file it this yr ..

you could file it in next yr .. you are eligible for cap gap ..
